Never a good day to wake up covered in blood but the morning after you get out of hospital is particularly alarming. (Thankfully it was just a nose bleed.) Seriously, surgery fucked me up. Even tho it went “well”. Just did another round of exercises and randomly bled some more.On twitter.com
