  1. Ireland has 24% growth vs predicted 30%, 93% of (extensive) testing comes back negative. Two things the gvt did here: - follow WHO guidelines (and ask all businesses who remain open to), starting _weeks_ ago - very quickly & clearly provided income support to those affected
