      1. Things are out of control in Ireland and I am finally experiencing what people in the US and UK have been dealing with since April. I do not like it.

      The Irish gvt has generally set reasonable guidelines but they have sucked at enforcement (like quarantine: 25% of infections are the British strain). Somehow they also fucked up counting, and overnight numbers doubled.

    Anyway we’re back to being contained in a 5K radius. Everything is shut. The private hospitals are being taken over by the state. I don’t believe it needed to be this way, and once things are under control I hope the health minister DonnellyStephen has to answer how we got here.
