It is very hard as someone who experiences insomnia to live with this behavior 😆😭 In other news after years of thinking I sleep pretty well it turns out I do not. Every night I have an example of what sleeping well looks like. It is a whole other thing 😭😭😭😭😭Permalink On twitter.com
