Acknowledge why it’s hard. Take away the judgement and forgive myself. For me a lot of it was: I struggle with bureaucracy as get very stressed by it, sometimes something big (buying a house, navigating healthcare) sucked up all my energy for it, and other things get behind.Permalink On twitter.com

Focus on why it’s important. Any bureaucratic task is usually a little bit meaningless, but if it’s totally meaningless why do it. Instead of focusing on the task, I focus on the bigger goal, so it’s not “navigate X” but rather “rationalize my finances” or whatever.Permalink On twitter.com
