Less quantitively, market is more risk averse. I.e. more people accepting offer and then cancelling (better the devil you know?). Suspect this driving desire for employment versus contracting in some locales. Also taxes for contracting less favourable, reduced upside to risk.Permalink On twitter.com

Also learned some things about top of the funnel / advertising / employer brand which harder to make actionable for others.
