Look of horror and "you must be so jetlagged" and when I say I have transcended sleeping and food I sound like either a robot or a lunatic.

Seriously tho I normally spend ~2 hours a day in the gym and not doing that means 6 hours sleep and not much food is fine to keep me going.

I did get 8 hours last night but I slept the previous night on a plane and did a full day so that seems fair. I really miss the gym tho.
