      E.g. inappropriate comments about women by facilitator (who was an HR person!), abusive male boss becoming a facilitator (no filtering).

    I have read a lot of the original literature on the topic of bias and socialization&I am so far from qualified to teach that kind of course.

          They reinvent it & whoever the hell wants can facilitate because hello it's not engineering and therefore not hard, no need for prior art.
