The conclusion I have come to with d&i and community is that I will only do the things I want to. This has meant primarily online and focused on supporting women in industry because I cannot spend any more of my life on the fucking pipeline.Permalink On twitter.com

Something I’m jaded on is d&i work as a profile building tool. Especially when that cynically builds on the work of others without crediting them. Credit is FREE. We got an email from someone who I had seen doing this (using and building our work without credit) MULTIPLE TIMES after we ended TS and I was like I KNEW IT. I didn’t reply saying “funny story! You were one of the reasons this project ended, congrats” but I SO WANTED TO.On twitter.com
