  1. I was super burnt out when I left the conglomerate - mainly from trying to be a dev whilst female in the environment that fostered *that* memo.       Discovering the five causes of burnout that are not overwork informed this approach. It’s such a useful way to understand burnout, because it’s easy to feel like “I’m not working 80h weeks so I can’t be be burnt out” but NOT TRUE. catehstn/794842130460110848?s=21
